Job Title: Storeroom and Reliability Clerk
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift 7: 00am to 3: 30pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
SUMMARY:
Individual will be responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, deliveries, and reporting on storeroom parts and material and also work order parts & kitting.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Language Skills:
Individual must be able to read, analyze, interpret, and present out general business items to groups of coworkers, managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Effective English communication is a must, bilingual is preferred.
Mathematical Skills:
Employee must possess ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations is preferred.
Schedule Accommodation:
To successfully support the business needs, the employee will be expected to work overtime, weekends and rotating/varying shifts, as well as be available for emergency call-out as needed.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Individual will be responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, deliveries, and reporting on storeroom parts and material and also work order parts & kitting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Database management).
- Receive, unpack, check, and track shipments of parts and material.
- Label all material when received and put away all stock in proper location.
- Sort and organize items with material code, part description, locations and control Min/Max inventory.
- Accurately maintain the Inventory through cycles counts.
- Work with purchasing on all problem PO s and returns.
- Assisting mechanics with asset and parts look up
- Producing reports form Oracle, Equipment status reports, ER and WR report, Work Order Completion, Parts used, PM Tacking, Work Order Kits, Backlog, and Downtime.
- Create asset, work definitions (PMs) and enter information/data in Oracle
- Submit requisitions for work orders and OH account including training, supplies, and tools.
- Basic knowledge of parts (Tools, Bearings, Motors, etc.).
- Receives all maintenance work requests and reviews with team.
- Screening all incoming work requests, creating work orders, ordering the parts or material needed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
