Job Summary:The Sorter is responsible for accurately sorting, organizing, and preparing products for distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Schedule: 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Sort and organize products by size, type, or destination
Inspect items for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned (labeling, packing, staging)
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or sorting experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
