Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dual/quad forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with both internal team members and external customers.
- Operate equipment in compliance with OSHA and CTPS safety standards.
- Accurately complete daily forklift safety checklists in a timely manner.
- Follow all quality system protocols in compliance with CTPS and SQF standards.
- Consistently lift and move up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and management.
- Practice clean as you go standards and maintain overall housekeeping on the production floor.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of transport packaging in a production-based warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and SQF requirements.
- Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a high-volume environment (certification preferred).
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Effective verbal communication skills with both team members and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience (dual/quad forks preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
