Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associates to join our team in Hillsborough, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will prepare goods for delivery, create shipping labels and documentation, and verify that all orders are properly packed and fulfilled. This position also requires scanning barcodes and entering data into our computer systems to ensure precise inventory tracking.
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and track all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Pack and prepare goods for delivery according to company standards.
Create and verify mailing labels, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
Inspect and confirm the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Scan barcodes and input data into computerized tracking systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency (experience with scanning and inventory systems preferred).
Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as needed.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 3 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred).
