Job Title: Regional Manager 

Location: CT, PA, NJ, MD (Travel Required) 

Pay Rate: $85, 000 with $7, 800 Annual Vehicle Stipend

Shift: Monday-Friday (Weekends & on call)

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt 



Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee operations across the Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven road warrior who thrives in a fast-paced, field-focused environment and can balance time efficiently across territories based on operational demands and business priorities. The Regional Manager is responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, developing local teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities across the assigned geography. 




Key Responsibilities 
  • Leadership & Team Management 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch-level leadership and field teams across all four states. 
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, client needs, and operational standards. 
  • Address performance issues quickly and effectively while fostering a high-performance culture. 
  • Operational Oversight 
  • Monitor and support the branch/ site operations to ensure alignment with company goals in staffing, service delivery, safety, and compliance. 
  • Allocate field time dynamically either evenly distributed or based on operational needs, performance issues, or growth opportunities. 
  • Client Engagement 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;act as a strategic partner to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
  • Proactively resolve escalations and conduct regular on-site client visits.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development 
  • Partner with the internal recruiting team to ensure adequate field talent pipelines. 
  • Champion training, onboarding, and succession planning within the region. 
  • Compliance & Safety 
  • Ensure compliance, state and federal employment laws and company safety protocols are enforced. 
  • Conduct routine audits and implement corrective actions when needed 




Qualifications 
  • Proven leadership in managing high-volume, labor-driven environments. 
  • Demonstrated ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) and manage a decentralized team. 
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and decision-making skills. 
  • Proficiency in the Google Drive platform. 




Additional Information 
  • This role requires frequent regional travel and overnight stays. 
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
