Job Title: Quality Control Specialist | Shift: 2nd/3rd | Pay Rate: $16.50

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality control processes to ensure high quality standards
- Review and analyze quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Review and revise quality assurance policies and procedures
- Supervise and train quality control technicians and other staff
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, quality management software and statistical analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
