Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: East Rutherford, NJ
Pay Rate: $17-18/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Must be open to working any shift
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.
Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality and compliance.
Identify, investigate, and analyze quality issues to determine root causes.
Assist with implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
Maintain and update quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality-related activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software.
Ability to understand and apply quality control procedures and standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be flexible and available to work any shift, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.
