Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Shift: 5PM- 4AM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL




FSS Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team on the overnight shift. This role is responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the production process, conducting inspections, documenting findings, and ensuring products meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 




Responsibilities 
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  • Perform visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process. 
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns and report findings to production leadership. 
  • Complete quality documentation and inspection reports accurately. 
  • Verify product measurements, weights, and specifications. 
  • Work closely with production operators to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
  • Assist with audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 




Qualifications 
  • Previous quality control, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
  • Ability to recognize product defects and quality concerns. 
  • Basic computer and documentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift. 
  • Reliable transportation and attendance required.
