FSS Staffing is hiring an Order Selector in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and accuracy standards while working as part of a team.
Position Title: Order Selector
Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Schedule: 8: 30 AM 5: 00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and select items based on order sheets or handheld scanners
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Verify product quality, quantity, and labeling before shipping
Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned warehouse areas
Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to required weight limits
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous warehouse or order selecting experience is a plus, but not required
