Job Summary: This position plays a vital role in maintaining product quality in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the citrus or food industry and be comfortable performing inspections, documenting findings, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
Document findings digitally using internal systems and inspection tools
Communicate effectively with coworkers, operations, and management regarding defects or issues (verbally and via email)
Be flexible and open to working in different QC areas as needed
Report and document an array of outages, product inconsistencies, or quality concerns
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
We re looking for individuals with prior experience in the citrus or food industry in roles such as:
Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Clerk
Grader
Packer
Or other related positions
Skills and Requirements:
Strong computer skills and experience with digital documentation
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to stand for 90% of the shift
Capable of lifting boxes weighing 40 50 lbs
Must be reliable with excellent attendance
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active work environment
