The ideal candidate will have experience in the citrus or food industry and be comfortable performing inspections, documenting findings, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
- Document findings digitally using internal systems and inspection tools
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, operations, and management regarding defects or issues (verbally and via email)
- Be flexible and open to working in different QC areas as needed
- Report and document an array of outages, product inconsistencies, or quality concerns
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
We re looking for individuals with prior experience in the citrus or food industry in roles such as:
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- Clerk
- Grader
- Packer
- Or other related positions
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and experience with digital documentation
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stand for 90% of the shift
- Capable of lifting boxes weighing 40 50 lbs
- Must be reliable with excellent attendance
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active work environment
