Job Duties and Responsibilities
Machine Operators play a key role in maintaining efficient and safe production processes in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Their responsibilities include a range of tasks related to the operation, inspection, and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7 AM 7 PM)
Pay Rate: $21/HR

Typical duties include:
Monitoring and maintaining warehouse and manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation
Setting up machines and equipment according to production specifications
Using machinery to carry out production tasks with precision and accuracy
Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify issues early
Evaluating machine performance regularly and recommending improvements for efficiency
Assisting with training and guiding new or junior machine operators
Adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures
