We are seeking a Changeover Technician to support our fast-paced production environment in Hazleton, PA. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently changing over manufacturing equipment from one product to the next. It is a hands-on, physical position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands.

Schedule: 7: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
Perform machine changeovers to transition equipment from one product setup to another
Remove, lift, and install mechanical parts, molds, or tooling as needed
Ensure all settings and calibrations meet production standards before restarting the line
Work closely with machine operators and the maintenance team to minimize downtime
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy parts (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Must be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
