Job Title: Cabinet Assembler

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Assembly: Assemble cabinets with accuracy and consistency goal of one cabinet per minute.
- Physical Work: Stand for long periods, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with various general warehouse duties as directed by supervisors.
- Safety First: Always follow company safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
- Production Goals: Meet or exceed production targets and remain flexible with changing workload demands.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Warehouse Background: Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Physical Endurance: Comfortable with physically demanding work and maintaining a steady work pace.
Additional Requirements:
- Mandatory Overtime: Must be available to work overtime hours as required to meet daily/weekly production goals.
