FSS Staffing is currently hiring a Bilingual Clerk in Vineland, NJ. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Title: Bilingual Clerk
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3: 00 PM 12: 00 AM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily warehouse operations.
- Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
- Assist with tracking shipments, inventory, and other warehouse-related information.
- Communicate with employees, drivers, and management as needed.
- Answer questions and provide information in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or warehouse office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule.
